Sale Policy

Due to the custom nature of special order merchandise and the specific timing of bridal and formal events, all sales are subject to specific rules on returns and refunds.

Cancellations. Returns and Refunds

96-Hour Period: Items are returnable within 96 hours of receipt subject to the following cancellation fees and rules:

  • 25% Re-Stock fee
  • Merchandise must be in NEW resalable condition
  • Merchandise cannot be worn and security ribbons (if any) must not be cut or removed
  • Non-Transferability: Payments are applied strictly to the specific items ordered and cannot be transferred to other purchases or store credit.
  • Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If merchandise received is not what was ordered by the customer (style, size or color) we will take responsibility for correcting the issue at our expense.

Processing and Shipping

  • In-Stock Items: Please allow 3 business days for processing.
  • Special Orders: Production times vary by item and will be specified at the time of order.
  • Expedited Shipping: Upgrading shipping only reduces transit time; it does not accelerate the manufacturer’s production schedule.
  • Estimated Delivery: Please provide your exact wear date so we may set proper expectations with manufacturer. Delivery dates are estimates only and can fluctuate by 4–6 weeks.

Outlet and As-Is Merchandise

Immediate Delivery and Outlet gowns are sold in As-Is condition. These items are floor samples that have been handled and tried on; they are not in brand-new condition. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for professional cleaning, minor repairs, and custom tailoring.

Shipping Claims and Inspection

Ownership of merchandise transfers to the customer upon shipment. Bridals by Lori meticulously inspects and packages every item to ensure quality.

  • Inspection: We strongly recommend inspecting the package in the presence of the carrier.
  • Quality Claims: You must report any material defects, damage, or sizing discrepancies within 96 hours of delivery. Bridals by Lori will assist in filing claims for items lost or damaged during transit.

Financing and Abandonment

Orders placed via Partial.ly must be paid in full prior to shipment. Merchandise remaining unpaid 40 days past the final payment term— or 40 days past the original wear date— will be considered abandoned. In such cases, the items remain the property of Bridals by Lori, and all previous payments will be forfeited.
